Returns & Exchanges

At DraculaClothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gothic attire; if a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to the Crypt

  Send your package via your preferred tracked courier to our returns warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
